BUILDING FURTHER COLLAPSES - The Rumph building in downtown Clayton sustained further damage from high winds in Barbour County early Tuesday morning when the front of the building collapsed. In April the top of the front wall of the building fell and now only remnants are remaining in the interior. The street light fixture which was recently replaced is once again destroyed.
