CLEAR ROADWAYS - Highways were blocked or partially blocked following Sunday’s severe thunderstorms that came through Barbour County with fallen trees and power lines. Emergency crews and utility personnel responded to locations throughout the county Sunday afternoon to quickly remove debris.
