Mr. Thomas “Tommy” Michael McGuire II, age 36, a resident of Clayton, passed away December 30, 2021 at his residence. Memorial services will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Glover Funeral Home Chapel in Clayton with Glover Funeral Home of Clayton directing. The family will receive friends after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Green’s Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department, 582 County Road 44, Louisville, Alabama 36048. Tommy was born March 23, 1985 in Hillsboro, FL, the son of Thomas Michael McGuire Sr. He was the owner and operator of the Dime Store in Clayton and a firefighter at Green’s Crossroads Fire Department. Tommy loved Alabama Football and taking care of his dad. He had currently started attending Louisville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Sherry McGuire. Survivors include his father, Tom McGuire of Clayton; sister, Kara McGuire of Tampa, FL; his favorite aunt, Colleen McGuire Swift; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
