THANKFUL FOR LETTERS -On Veterans Day Mrs. Calen Ates’ 4th grade class at Eufaula City Schools took time to honor and make contact with those who serve our country in the military. The students learned about the military and what soldiers, like her husband, do for our country. The students also wrote letters for a group of soldiers and watched a slideshow of the soldiers they were writing to, making the connection even more meaningful. The soldiers proudly show their letters in the photo above they received from the 4th grade students.
