PRESENTS PROCLAMATION - Commissioner Jerry McGilvray, vice chairman of the Barbour County Commission, presents Pamela Mosley with a Proclamation in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month observed during the month of May. The proclamation states that mental health is essential to everyone’s overall health and well-being, and pointed out that SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. has served 676 individuals in Barbour County in 2021 and 9,098 overall during the same period of time. The proclamation was presented during last week’s county commission meeting held in Clayton.
