Joseph Cooner, along with K9 units, Luc and Jack, display cash and drugs that were found during a high-speed chase through Eufaula last week with speeds reaching up to 120 mph. A Eufaula man, Trey Devonte Douglas, surrendered after he lost control of his vehicle and it landed in a yard. Douglas jumped onto his vehicle after he was warned that K-9 Jack would bite and surrendered to Barbour County deputies and other law enforcement officers on the scene.
