EMERGING LEADER SUMMIT - Kyla Richardson, an upcoming junior at Eufaula High School and Alabama DECA District 3 Vice President, and David Paffumi, Eufaula High School marketing teacher and DECA advisor, spent a few days in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area attending a conference called Emerging Leader Summit. All of Alabama’s executive DECA officers and the DECA State officers from all 50 states and Canada attended the conference.
