Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Jordan Green, a resident of Louisville, Alabama, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022, at her residence lovingly surrounded by family. She was 91 years old.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. at Bethsaida Baptist Church Cemetery in Clayton, Alabama with Reverend Curtis Rich officiating and Glover Funeral Home of Clayton directing. A visitation was held Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Glover Funeral Home Chapel in Clayton.

Betty was born July 8, 1931 in Mobile, Alabama the daughter of Willie Dalton Jordan and Charlotte “Lottie” Pike Jordan. She grew up around the Ansley community and attended ShellhornSurvivors include School. She was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Betty loved flowers and working in her garden. She had a loving heart and enjoyed caring for people.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Buford Green and brother, Ed Jordan.

Survivors include a son, Bradford Green (Rhonda) of Eufaula; a daughter, Brenda Green of Louisville; two sisters, Louise Dansby of Montgomery and Sue Barnette of Troy.

The family accepted flowers.
