ELECTRICAL FIRE - The Clayton Fire Department responded to an electrical fire on South Midway Street last week. They discovered live electrical lines in the parking lot of Barbour County High School and in front of the home of Ruth Holley. Alabama Power Company was dispatched to the area to address the problem. Electrical power was quickly restored in downtown Clayton and surrounding areas.
