SOAKING WET - The Board of Registrars Office at the courthouse in Clayton flooded Monday after a pipe is believed to have burst in the upper office which also flooded. County officials are in the process of determining the cause but it possibly could have occurred when new water fountains were being replaced in the hallways. The water leak caused damages to the ceiling, equipment, papers, and furniture as it puddled on the floor.
