COURTROOM REOPENS - Circuit Judge Burt Smithart was once again allowed to hold court proceedings at the Barbour County Courthouse in Clayton last week. The courtroom and offices were closed January of last year because mold was detected forcing court to be temporarily held in Eufaula. Attorneys can be seen in the courtroom to bring their cases before Judge Smithart, who is seated on the bench.
