Walter Roy Crow, aged 87, passed away on May 27, 2025, in Birmingham, AL. A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 29 at Highlands United Methodist Church.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mary Esther (McWhorter) Nolin who passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the age of 97. Known to most as “Esther” she was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend.

R.B. Pace of Clio, Alabama, formerly of Scottsboro, Alabama, went to be with his heavenly father on May 6, 2025 at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama.

Mary Clayton Dixon died peacefully on May 7, 2025 at her home of 57 years in Eufaula, Alabama at the age of 90.

Sheree “Sissy” Fortune Elder, a resident of Clayton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at her residence. She was 61 years old.
