A young man lost his life in a fatal automobile accident early Saturday morning on Highway 239. According to a report released from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Kendarius D. Youngblood of Midway, who was 29 years old, died in a single-vehicle crash. The accident occurred just before 3 a.m. about six miles south of Union Springs.

The Eufaula Police Department Special Operations/ Narcotics Investigators conducted a probable cause traffic stop of a vehicle on Wednesday, September 17. The vehicle was driven by Edaniel Bowers, 35, according to the Eufaula Police Department (EPD).
