According to information provided to the news media by the federal government, retail pharmacies that are part of the federal COVID-19 vaccine program and community health centers nationwide will be sent masks.
Parker Lee Gulledge ,the son of Julie and Paul Gulledge of Dothan, celebrated his first birthday with a dinosaur theme party. The birthday party was held at the Parish family farm in Clayton with family members and friends. Barbour County High School, Eufaula City Schools, and Alabama Virtual Academy at Eufaula City Schools were among the 213 schools in the state to receive the Best Hustle Award. This award was presented to schools for successfully improving their early Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completion by at least 10 percent from 2020 to 2021.
Texasville Volunteer Fire Department is down to one operational fire truck after losing the other two recently, one to damage in a fire and the other to engine failure. The truck lost in a fire had been a donation within the past year, and the title would not transfer to the Texasville VFD until the completion of one year in service.
