GIFTS OF LOVE - Members of the GIFTT (God’s Inspiration for Today and Tomorrow) Ministry at Louisville Baptist Church are shown with the Easter gift baskets they made for seven ladies throughout Barbour County. The baskets were presented to ladies in the communities who are coping with illness, loss of a spouse, or simple needed a boost in spirits. They contain devotionals, candy, novelty dishes, hand towels, crosses, Bible markers, words of encouragement, puzzles, pens, and much more. Pictured with the Easter baskets are Judy Clark, Keisha Whitman, founder and president, Merilyn McCraney, treasurer, and team members Kelley Richards, Beverly Raddatz and Angie Bowdoin. Not pictures are Kristy Clark, vice president, and team members Emily Bowden, Trish Hatcher, Barbara Little and Lynn Beaty.


Avery Brooke Gulledge celebrated her âBerry First Birthdayâ on Saturday, December14 with family and friends at their home in Rohobeth. Finger foods, cake and cup cakes were served to the guests. The room was decorated with ballons and strawberries (theme Berry First Birthday). Avery is the daughter of Paul and Julie Gulledge. Her maternal grandparents are Stuart and Stacey Payne of Prattville and the late Tanya Gossett Payne and paternal grandparents are Paul and Laney Parish Gulledge of Clayton.
