To make a ‘naner pudding’

I don't like bananas. I never have. And I'm not sure why. Is it because the heady smell of a ripe 'naner makes me physically sick? Is it because the texture of its white flesh reminds me of chewing on velvet? Was there some traumatic event from my childhood involving bananas that stamped itself on my subconscious?

Commissioners present proclamation recognizing ‘Community College Month’

The Barbour County Commission has proclaimed the month of April as “Community College Month” in Barbour County. Commissioners presented Wallace Community College-Dothan (WCCD) with a proclamation on Tuesday, April 12 at their regularly scheduled commission meeting. Mickey Baker, Dean of Student Affairs at Sparks Campus, accepted the proclamation from the Commission.

The Farmers Market is located downtown Clayton on Eufaula Avenue across from the Dime Store Restaurant. Shown are flowers and vegetables that will be available for purchase Friday at the Market.
