In response to an altercation that occurred following a football game at Eufaula High School, additional safety measures have been implemented by Superintendent Joey Brannan. The incident occurred on September 16 when a 14-year-old was injured during an altercation at the school.

When a police officer reports to duty he(she) never know what they may have to face that day. But last Friday, the Eufaula Police Department received a call from a homeowner with a most unusual problem. Officers were called for help from a local resident to remove a large snake from their toilet.
