Clayton Baptist schedules VBS

Children ages three years old through those completing the sixth grade will have the opportunity to follow “Jesus Here, There and Everywhere” at Clayton Baptist Church’s Vacation Bible School (VBS). VBS starts Monday, June 12, and will continue through Friday, June 16, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The theme for this year’s VBS is “Ready, Set, Move!” The week will be filled with praise and worship, Bible stories, crafts, missions, and other activities as we travel and learn to DO

Local students named to college honor lists

Troy is pleased to announce students who have been named to the Provost's List for the Spring Semester and Term 4 of the 2022-2023 academic year. Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65 qualify for the Provost's List. The Spring Semester includes students at the Troy campus. Term 4 includes students at TROY's campuses in Dothan, Phenix City and Montgomery along with locations outside of Alabama and online.

75 YEARS AGO JUNE 11, 1948 Tubby Daniel, Charles DeVane and Tommy Warr, all of Clayton High School, are representing the Barbour County American Legion Post No. 14, Clayton, at Boy’s State, which is being held at the University of Alabama this week.
