RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY - The new Bluff City Arts Alliance Plaza and Mojo Gallery officially opened Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony in downtown Eufaula. Queens representing Eufaula and Barbour County were on hand to participate in the event. Shown on the left are Eufaula queens and on the right the Barbour County queens are shown. The queens are shown assisting Savannah Dunson, Dee Bennett, Christie Chandler, and Kim Ware in cutting the large red ribbon. Shown in the background are other officials representing the city and Chamber of Commerce representatives.
