Mark Anthony Greene, age 67, born March 8, 1957, of Louisville passed away on May 17, 2024 in a Dothan hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2024 at Keahey Funeral Home in Clio. The family received friends from 2:00 p.m.until time of the services. Rev. Averyt Walker officiated at the service.

At other times the family gathered at Lecia Singleton’s

Street in Louisville. Interment followed in Prospect Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Eric McRae, Brox McRae, ‘Big’ Tony Green, Dillon Kelley, Brody Kelley and Randy Green. Honorary pallbearers were John Greene, Jackie McCraney and Greg Burnham.

Flowers were accepted or contributions may be made to Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery Fund (2013 Co. Rd. 43, Clayton, AL 36016).

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Tony Greene (Becky) of Troy, AL and Patrick Greene (Lauren) of Rochester, Minnesota; his mother, Martha Norton Greene of Louisville, AL; sisters, Lecie Singleton (Eddie) of Louisville, AL; and Tammy Sewell (Rick) of Louisville, AL; grandchildren, Avery and Riley Greene and Gemma Greene; nieces and nephews, Angela Kelley (Billy), Eric and Dawn McRae and Michael and Lindsey Tillman and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus Glenward Greene.

Keahey Funeral Home of Clio was entrusted with the arrangements.
