Mr. Dale E. Colson, 85, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 12 Noon, at Christian Life Church with Pastor Ken Jackson officiating. Burial was held Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 11:30 A.M., CDT, in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing. The family requests donations be made to the Gideons.

Born August 23, 1938 in Rose Bud, South Dakota, Mr. Colson was the son of the late Elmer Clifford and Theo Houston Colson. Mr. Colson was a veteran of the United States Army and he was a member of

Christian Life Church. Survivors include his wife, Bea Colson; two sons, Sam (Kelly) Colson, Paul Colson; one daughter, Melissa (Eric) Moffett; four grandchildren, Emma Colson, Anna Colson, Grace Moffett, Braden Moffett; two sisters, Jeanean Jaros, Connie Moffitt and one brother, Richard Colson.
