Mr. William Keith Benefield, 65, of Buford, Georgia, died Thursday, March 7, 2024 at North East Georgia Medical Center.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 11 A.M., at Pleasant Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Don Highland officiated and Chapman Funeral Home directed.

Born October 26, 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Benefield was the son of the late Julian Tharrell and Bernice Maurine Abercombie Benefield. Mr. Benefield was a graduate of Louisville High School and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was employed with Durkopp Adler as a computer technician.

Bowden, Jr.; brothers, Kim (Sharon) Benefield and Kelly (JoLynn) Benefield; several nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers were Alan McGonigle, Brad Dixon, Jeff Stover, Jason Bowden, Kevin Bowden, Hayden Benefield.
