Mrs. Martha Jo (McRae) Williams, age 88, of Clio, passed away at her residence on April 23, 2023.

The family received friends on Wednesday, April 26 from 1:00 pm to 1:45 at Keahey Funeral Home located at 1411 Blue Springs Street in Clio.

Graveside services were held at Pea River Presbyterian Church Cemetery at 2950 Louisville Street, Clio at 2 pm with Reverend Mike Whitman officiating.

The pallbearers were Austin Sloan, Nolan Martin, Wayne Stell, Zach Williams, Jonathan Clark, Devin McDaniel, and Billy Jack Williams.

Born in Clio, Alabama on November 13, 1934, Mrs. Williams lived in Barbour County her whole life. She graduated from Clio High School before marrying her late husband of 67 years, Mr. Jack C. Williams, who passed away in 2022. She made a home for him and their three children, their sons, Danny C. (Brenda Gail) Williams of Headland, AL and Robert (Pam) Williams of Abbeville, AL., and their daughter, Judy W. (Johnny D.) Clark of Louisville. Mrs. Williams had eight grandchildren, Billy Jack Williams, Daniel (Devin) Mc-Daniel, Steven Baxley, Kristy (Wayne) Stell, Jonathan (Mary Frances) Clark, Zach (Megan) Williams, Carly Jo (Nolan) Martin, Starla (Austin) Sloan. There are also sixteen great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Simon Baxter, and mother, Sara Anna (Barbaree) McRae, her two brothers, Phil McRae and Clyde McRae and her sister, Sara Margaret Ketchum. Keahey Funeral Home Clio is honored to be entrusted with these arrangements.
