Tabitha Ann Cook, 49, of Eufaula, Alabama died Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.

Graveside services were held Friday, January 7, 2022 at 11 A.M. in the Bethsadia Church Cemetery. The Rev. Ken Jackson officiated with Chapman Funeral Home directing. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Christian Life Church in Eufaula.

Born April 25, 1972 in Troy, Alabama, Tabitha was the daughter of Lucretia Ann Johnson of Eufaula, Alabama and the late Gerald Cornelius Cook, Sr. Tabitha was a graduate of Louisville High School. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald Cornelius Cook, Jr.

Survivors other than her mother include her children: Austin (Alyssa) Cook of Clayton, Alabama and McKensi Ann (Anthony) Lamberson of Eufaula, Alabama; 3 grandchildren: Chloe Elisabeth Lamberson, Seth Hudson Lamberson, and Madalynn Cook.
